Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice
This notice explains how CodeX Studio handles the personal data you send through this website.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, country, state or province, type of produce, number of staff and any message you write. We also record which advertising campaign brought you to the site (for example, a printed flyer).
Why we collect it
We use this data only to reply to your demo request and to talk with you about EasyFarm.
Who processes it
The form is delivered to sales@codexstudio.com.my by Web3Forms, an email form service. We do not sell your data.
Analytics
If we enable Google Analytics, it records anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed.
Embedded video
The news video on our home page loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play. Google's privacy policy then applies.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to 24 months, then delete it, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time.

PDPA Notice
We process your personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and, for visitors in Thailand, Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Giving your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your demo request.
